Exchanges, Store Credit & Refunds

1. All returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, unwashed and in possession of their original tags and RECEIVED by us within 30 days of the date of purchase. At Tulong LLC’s discretion, returns may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
2. CLEARANCE items, those marked down 70% or more are FINAL SALE and are not returnable.
   *Note: During the winter holiday season, the deadline for exchanges of gifts will be extended by 14 days after the New Year.
3. To request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) please login to your account online and go to "My Account." Click on "Return Requests" and follow the instructions for returning an item.
4. Please return all merchandise to Tulong LLC, 4136 Colerain Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45223.
5. SALE and/or CLEARANCE items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Refunds cannot be issued for SALE or CLEARANCE items.
6. Shipping expenses paid to receive the order are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail for the lowest rates and free pick-up service. Tulong LLC will pay shipping for USPS Priority Mail shipping expenses for outgoing exchanged items on Domestic orders. Tulong LLC will not pay for expedited outgoing or return shipping.
7. Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase cannot be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.
8. Items lost in transit that are being returned to Tulong LLC are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to 21 days for your return to be processed. As credit card statements are cyclical, a credit to your account may not appear in the same month you returned the item. Please be sure to check two billing cycles to ensure proper credit has been received. If you have questions or concerns about a returned item, please call, or email us at orders@Tulong LLC.com.

Note: We are not able to offer price adjustments (a refund for the difference paid) for items that go on sale shortly after they may have been purchased at the regular price. Timing is everything...and it would be a shame to wait for something to go on sale, just to find that it is not longer available next time you look.
