K2N™ Yarn Technology

How do we do it? We’ve got your comfort in mind with Reparel™ and Sloungewear™ brand apparel.

Our special K2N™ yarn technology allows us to use recycled plastic bottles and recycled colored cotton to make new yarn and fabrics to create our comfortable clothing.

Simply put, K2N™ is a combination of Knots, Neps and Noils that we intentionally include in each and every clothing item so that it’s distinct and edgy and good looking too!

Knots are soft lumps or unevenness in a yarn, created by design.

Neps are small entanglements of textile fibers that cannot be unraveled; this gives our fabric a natural heathered look, which includes specks of more concentrated color throughout the fabric.

Noils are short fibers of colored recycled cotton separated from the long recycled polyester fibers.

These fabric characteristics, created using the K2N™ yarn technology, give our fabrics a durably soft feel and a unique and fashionable look.
