a) Now that we have the basic raw material for textiles, we need to generate the material, in our case, the knitted fabric.
b) And the “greige” (pronounced “grey”) or unfinished fabric is produced.

c) And then the finishing process (in our case, this is only washing the fabric, saving energy and chemical usage) and final inspection.
d) After the fabric is inspected, it is on the way to being nearly finished.
Reparel™ fabrics don’t need, and we don’t use any additional dyes. The color is generated by the colored cotton scrap used to make the yarn. Reparel™ fabrics need only to be washed, saving the need for new chemical dyes, hours of energy and excessive water resources. 
e) All water used in the finishing process is then treated on site to assure that no hazardous effluents are released into the environment.

f) Then, it’s on to the cut and sew at compliant sewing facilities.
