Recycled Polyester and Recycled Cotton

Millions of plastic bottles are discarded every year, but we’re doing our part to Repair the World.® Technology allows us to use recycled polyester made from recycled plastic bottles and recycled cotton from cutting room scraps and textile waste to make new yarn and fabrics. We produce fabrics from sustainable materials such as recycled polyester and recycled cotton so that we can provide the most comfort and durability for you, while at the same time -- helping the world!

Recycled Material

Each of our apparel items is designed and constructed for a variety of end uses, reducing the need for redundant consumption. And we create color using colored cotton scraps and textile waste that go unused during manufacturing processes, so that no new color dyes have to be used. We feel that this is even better than natural dyes because no toxic binding chemicals and no new natural resources are needed. This helps to reduce demand for oil, water, chemicals, arable land and energy. Plus, our finishing process is only one third that of the conventional dye and finishing cycle, which equates to a 60-65% reduction of water and energy.
